About

Following his early photography being printed in the UK's Read and Destroy and Skateboard! magazines, Wig was appointed as the very first photo editor of Sidewalk Surfer magazine, where he led the title's photographic department through its rebranding to simply Sidewalk, and into the 21st century.

Simultaneously, Wig was Senior Photographer at California's Transworld Skateboarding magazine, which involved huge amounts of travelling, meeting people and constant on-the-job inspiration from skateboarding's master photographers Atiba Jefferson, Dave Swift and J. Grant Brittain.

A prolific contributor to many other magazine titles around the world throughout the '90s and '00s skateboard boom, Wig then went on to turn his attention to the world of commercial photography, and still enjoys shooting campaigns and lookbooks for clothing and footwear brands.

A full time Londoner for many years, he's still shooting skateboarding and is looking forward to digging into the skateboard archive for many upcoming projects.

Since 2012, Wig has shaped the overall look for the Rapha Racing brands studio photography output. Working alongside the many esteemed Art Directors and Creatives that have passed through the organisation during that time.
